So I like this one but I would make it not in black, and I'd most likely choose a fabric that's not stretchy, more like a cotton rather than a spandaxy-silk. Or whatever u would call this?? I really love the pleats on it ho, and the detail on the top.
I really <3 this dress. I was planning on doing something like this, a baby-doll v-neck w/ buttons. But obviously I'd have to make it modest (i'd probly make it a higher cut, or do some kind of other fabric to cover the assets)
This is the Christmas dress I was talking about. This particular one doesn't look that christamsy but if I did decided to do something like this I'd probly put some red in it somewhere and make it higher. (so i wouldn't be in cleaveland city) I'm not sure about straps tho, I might just get a sweater to go over it or something.
Ok, so this is my least favorite out of all of them. I like the idea a ton, but how they made this one just fits all wrong. Anyway, this is something I'd like wear I don't know where but I think it's cute and fashionable and be fun to make. :D

Definitely the one that you'd wear you don't know where ^_^ Just take lots of pictures in it, and have fun with it and it'll all be worth it! And I think you could definitely wear it to church, anyway. *I* personally would even wear it to Compass, but I can just be a little strange like that sometimes... ;o)

ReplyDeleteI agree with Emily. Though it doesn't have to be exactly like the one in the picture. I think that's the fun of making your own dresses, you can make something totally fun and random. And you already have made a whole bunch of really nice church dresses....
